Pa’s sessions are always fun, and he continues to mix up the training so it never gets boring. He is encouraging and supportive, encouraging hard work 

but always with a positive attitude & atmosphere to keep you motivated, especially during early morning classes! My body always feels like it’s had a thorough workout and I enjoy the mixture of strength and aerobic exercises he incorporates into his classes. He is particularly adept at boxing, and I enjoy the Muay Thai technique he uses.

I initially booked Pa for my husband, but I joined in on the sessions as well. I started seeing results very quickly. Pa is a great motivator and really fun to work out with.

He did a great job tailoring workouts to balance between my husband’s and my skill/ fitness levels. We immediately had more energy and saw increased fitness within a few weeks. We did a combination of strength training and kickboxing and Pa always kept it fun and challenging. His energy and his positive spirit are contagious and I cannot recommend him enough!

I booked Pa to help me get fit for winter sports season – I am a keen skeleton tobogganer. He helped me to build muscle and improve my general cardiovascular fitness as well.

 Pa always kept the workouts fun, while pushing me to work harder and lift just a little bit more weight. I started my fitness journey like many people as a New Years’ resolution in January 2019. My goal was to lose weight and get healthy.
I hadn’t been to a Gym in over 20 years.

 I visited the newly opened Gym and had an induction session with one of the staff who happened to be Pa. He gave me advice about the most suitable diet and exercise regime for me. I signed up for one of his classes and over the following weeks, I had grown to enjoy it so much that I signed up for more and was doing 3 to 4 classes a week.
Not only is Pa motivational, he is very encouraging when you feel you can’t go on. Every session is different to keep you on your toes and although his classes were very challenging, he always kept it fun and this made me want to keep going back. Pa is an experienced PT and has a background in martial arts which he also incorporates into his training program. This has paid off because I lost over 4 stone in 12 months and have not felt this healthy in years.
I would highly recommend Pa’s style of fitness training as it is fresh, effective, challenging, fun, and above all achieve positive results.

Pa built a customised plan around my strengths and weaknesses, varying workouts week by week to teach me the proper technique across a range of equipment. With his guidance, I have improved my overall body strength significantly and have lost 7kg of fat. One of Pa’s specialist areas is Thai boxing which he also incorporated into our training sessions. While I initially had reservations, Pa makes martial arts very accessible to beginners and it has since become one of my established hobbies.

I started Training with Pa just over a year ago after a running injury left me struggling to exercise without pain and lacking motivation.

Pa was great at tailoring workout plans around my injury and helped me to get comfortable using the weights section at the gym, which I’d previously avoided. Pa also introduced me to Muay Thai, which rapidly became my favourite form of exercise! Having thought about taking boxing and self-defence classes for some time, it was great to incorporate Pa’s martial arts experience into our workouts. Most recently, Pa supported me with a diet and exercise plan to help me tone up and build muscle strength, through which I’ve lost more than 5% body fat and over a stone in weight. Pa’s approach as a trainer is positive, encouraging and inclusive, and he manages to push you in every session without going too far. He has helped me develop a level of fitness I could not have achieved alone.

entire concept of exercising and working out completely changed for good. I was not only able to ENJOY my routines but also capable to achieve my goals by training with my very own customised workouts Pa had set out for me. No more boring treadmills but an amazing Muay Thai hour session mixed with different and fun HIIT exercises. I started with Pa three months before my wedding, although I was always active I knew I needed a bit of a kick before the big day! With in the first month I just started showing fantastic results

After giving birth my goal was to gain lean muscle and improve my overall strength. I trained more than a year at the gym, not getting the results

I wanted, often stuck with the same workout. I got in touch with Pa as I knew I needed a professional trainer to help me reach my goal in a more effective way. We started a challenging fitness journey where I learned how to properly do weightlifting exercises, like barbell squats, deadlifts and cleans. Pa really pushed me every time, giving me the motivation I needed to finally change my body the way I always wanted. I started to see real results in only 12 weeks and I was amazed by how much stronger I became both physically and mentally.
