Hi, I'm Pa

Hi and welcome to Cardio Is Key Fitness my name is Pa and I help people change their body shape, get fitter, stronger, gain more confidence & conquer their fears and goals.

I’ll be coaching you along your journey. I have a true love of fitness, my passion started with combat sports, from Boxing to Taekwondo then on to Muay Thai. I understand the hard work and discipline involved in these sports and to complete at competition level.

I am a certified fitness coach, and specialist in Body Transformation, Strength & Conditioning, and Combat Sports.

You see I understand the frustration when you wake up in the morning to get ready for work, only to try on a few outfits as you don’t like how the other ones are starting to fit you now, or do you want to have more curves and straight lines or you’re starting to feel lazy and you want to regain that youthful spirit you once had, or maybe you just want complete fitness for your emotional, mental, social and physical health.

I have worked with many clients and a lot of them with these same issues, and through careful planning, motivation, and accountability they have produced excellent results which testimonials can support. Though it sounds a little cliché I know, I really love that feeling when I see a client achieve success and the joy it gives them. That there is my real motivation, along with the feeling that I didn’t do enough to help my loving mother before she passed away from a curable disease. Perhaps if I’d motivated her more. So now I’m highly driven and motivated to help as many as I can achieve their fitness goals. Go ahead and try out one of the classes or a personal training session.

I’ve studied the science and done the practical for many years now, and can honestly say that as long as you are prepared to put in the work and adhere to my advice 100% guaranteed.

If you start right, at least 3 times a week, in as little as 4 weeks you’ll notice a little difference, continue that for 12 weeks and everyone around you will notice the positive change.

Yes absolutely! I have worked with so many satisfied clients and have some testimonials to show for it.

That will all depend upon where you are, where you want to be, as well as your goals. Is it to lose fat, tone up, build muscle, become more physical or all of the above.

That is when you attend some in person sessions and do some online sessions. Could be classes or personal training.

Absolutely! As long as you talk to the trainer and explain what you’re looking for, they should be able to prescribe a great variety of classes per week.

Yes it absolutely is, but we have to remember it’s not just about the fitness sessions, it’s also about what you do in between sessions. Make sure you eat and sleep well.

If you’re new to training or been off for a while then yes you may expect to get slight pain, which we call DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) but remember you have to ease yourself in.

Unfortunately you can’t lose fat in just one area, you lose fat all over your body in some areas more than others. The important thing is to lose fat, build muscle and become more active.

Muscle weighs more than fat so you could look leaner and weigh more.

No! You actually look leaner and more curvy and shaped.

Yes absolutely! Losing just under 7lbs a month is a realistic goal.

Yes personal training is the ultimate way to go, but specially designed classes can be almost as good for you to hit your targets.
